Congratulations to the 2022 Gwatkin Award Recipients

 

The 2022 Davidson Gwatkin Equity Measurement Prize was awarded to three outstanding projects: Sightsavers’ Coordinated Approach To Community Health (CATCH) Program, the USAID Uganda Sanitation for Health Activity (USHA), and the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Health’s Treatment Coverage Survey of Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD)s Project.

Metrics for Management is pleased to highlight and support the valuable contribution of this research to development knowledge in low- and middle-income countries through the Gwatkin Equity Measurement Prize.


The annual Gwatkin Prize recognizes individual authors or co-author teams for their application of the EquityTool, or data obtained with it, to assess and improve services for the poor or to gain insight into wealth equity in low- and middle-income countries. Practitioners and researchers, including students, are eligible to participate. Each prize is valued between $5,000-$10,000.
